Three Day Standard Camp (Friday to Sunday)
w/two nights room and board: $275.00 A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of registration. We accept cash, check, and PayPal.

    Friday
      6:00 to 8:00 pm - Arrival and Registration
        8:00 to 11:00 pm - Orientation, Lecture, and Drills
        11:30 pm - Lights Out

    Saturday
      8:00 to 9:00 am - Breakfast
        9:00 am to 12:00 pm - Technical Session #1
        12:00 to 1:00 pm - Video Analysis
        1:00 to 3:00 pm - Lunch and Rest Break
        3:00 to 6:00 pm - Technical Session #2
        6:00 to 7:00 pm - Dinner
        7:00 to 8:00 pm - Video Analysis
        8:00 to 11:00 pm - Pole Vault Games and Contests
        11:30 pm - Lights Out

   Sunday
     8:00 to 9:00 am - Breakfast
     9:00 am to 11:00 am - Technical Session #3
     11:00 am to 12:00 pm - Video Analysis
